Lion Air is the largest airline of Indonesia and is the second largest low-cost airline in Southeast Asia. The airline boasts a fleet size of 117 and covers more than 120 destinations. The airline has been the second largest customer of Boeing and has broken records for largest aircraft orders. From being the first low-cost airline in Indonesia to being the first Indonesian airline to order Boeing 787 Dreamliner.

Class of Travel
Lion Air provides two classes of travel :
Business Class - Business class not only allows passengers to unwind with comfortable wide leg-room seats. In-Flight entertainment allows guests to enjoy unlimited movies, TV shows and music on the go.
Economy Class - Economy class allows passengers to relax and unwind with comfortable seating. Guest can enjoy a range of light snacks and beverages which can be ordered onboard.
Baggage allowance
Economy class passengers are allowed 7kgs for carry-on and 15 kgs for checked-in luggage.
Business class passengers are allowed 7kgs for carry-on and 30 kgs for checked-in luggage.

In-flight Services
Lion Air provides in-flight entertainment and has a wide range of light snacks for short-haul flights and pre-cooked meals on long-haul flights. Passengers are welcomed with complimentary drinks and food on Bali and Ho Chi Minh City flights.
Frequent Flyer Programme
Lion Air Passport Club is Lion Air's flyer programme which allows guest to earn points which can be redeemed for flight tickets. All members enjoy the privilege of extra baggage allowance, access to private airport lounges and priority check-in and boarding services.
Check-in
Domestic Flights - Passengers can check-in online 48 hrs to 2 hrs prior to the scheduled departure time.
International Flights - Passengers can check-in online 48 hrs to 2 hrs prior to the scheduled departure time.
Onboard Support
Lion Air provides assistance for passengers with special needs. Wheelchairs, airport assistance during check in are provided by on ground staff. Passengers can choose a service that best suits their need. Expectant mothers and parents of unaccompanied children can contact the airline directly for any queries.
Refund & Cancellation
Passengers can cancel their booking either through Lion Air sales’ offices or website. All cancellations are subject to a cancellation fee.
