Citilink is a low-cost airline headquartered in Jakarta operating shuttle services between Indonesian cities. Its main base is Soekarno-Hatta International Airport and Juanda International Airport.

Travel Class
Citilink has only economy class seating with two types of configurations: The Regular Zone and the Green Zone.
Regular Zone: The Economy Class of the Regular Zone allows passengers to carry check-in luggage up to 20kgs. The guests have access to in-flight meals which can be pre-booked or ordered on board.
Green Zone: The his economy class takes up the first five rows of the cabin to allow passengers to de-board quicker. The passengers are allowed to carry one check-in bag up to 20kgs. The guests have access to in-flight meals which can be pre-booked or ordered on board. On select domestic flights, Green Zone passengers are given complimentary snacks and drinks.
FlexyFlight - Citilink provides FlexyFlight for an exclusive fare option which gives access to ticket discounts, flexible rescheduling and changing of flights and extra miles point.
Baggage Allowance
Passengers are allowed to carry one hand baggage and small personal item which can weigh up to 7 kgs altogether. For check-in luggage, the baggage allowance is 20kgs from domestic flights and 10kgs for international flights. Frequent Flyer Program
Garuda Miles is the frequent flyer program for Citilink. Points can be earned and redeemed while booking flight tickets, for in-flight services and on the purchase of items from their select partners.
Check-in
Domestic Flights - Passengers can check-in 2 hrs to 30 minutes prior to the scheduled departure time.
International Flights - Passengers can check-in 2 hrs to 30 minutes prior to the scheduled departure time.

Onboard Support
Citilink provides assistance for passengers with special needs. Wheelchairs, airport assistance during check in are provided by on ground staff. Passengers can choose a service that best suits their needs on the Citilink website.
Refund and Cancellation
Passengers can cancel their booking either through Citilink sales’ offices or website 3 hours prior to the departure time. All cancellations are subject to a cancellation fee.
