Cebu Pacific is Asia's oldest low-fare airline which was formerly known as Cebu Pac. The airline has a fleet size of 53 which covers over 64 destinations domestic and internationally.
Alliance
Value Alliance is the first pan-regional low-cost carriers alliance which was formed in May 2016. The alliance is the fourth largest airline alliance in terms of passengers, flights, destinations, combined fleet and members. Cebu Pacific allows customers to book flights with all 8 member carriers through each partner website and they collectively serve over 160 destinations, primarily in the Asia-Pacific region.

Class of Travel
Cebu Pacific cabins are all economy class which have two upgrade options;
Fly+Bag - This upgrade allows passengers to carry-on 20kg free baggage.
Fly+Bag+Meal - This upgrade allows passengers to carry-on 20kg free baggage along with an in-flight meal.
Baggage allowance
Economy class passengers are allowed 7kgs for carry-on and 15 kgs for checked-in luggage.

In-flight Services
Cebu Pacific does not have any in-flight entertainment. Passengers who have opted for Fly+Bag+Meal will receive their meal onboard. Passengers can also buy light snacks and beverages on board.
Frequent Flyer Programme
GetGo is Cebu Pacific's frequent flyer programme which allows members to earn while booking flight tickets, shop and dine. The points can be redeemed online at any point in time. The points do not have an expiration day and the member can avail seat sales and partner deal online.
Check-in
Domestic Flights - Passengers can check-in online 7 days to 1 hr prior to the scheduled departure time.
International Flights - Passengers can check-in online 7 days to 4 hrs prior to the scheduled departure time.
Onboard Support
Cebu Pacific provides assistance for passengers with special needs. Wheelchairs, airport assistance during check in are provided by on ground staff. Passengers can choose a service that best suits their need. Expectant mothers and parents of unaccompanied children can read rules and regulations on Cebu Pacific's website.
Refund & Cancellation
Passengers can cancel their booking either through Cebu Pacific sales’ offices or website. All cancellations are subject to a cancellation fee.
