About
Himalaya Airlines, a Nepal-China joint venture airline, is an international scheduled full-service premium carrier of Nepal. The Airline was established in August 2014 and has started its scheduled flight's operation flying directly to Doha, Qatar, Dammam, Abu Dhabi, Dubai, Kuala Lumpur and Kathmandu. The Airline has planned services to more destinations including Delhi, Beijing, Lhasa, Chengdu, Colombo, Bangkok, Hong Kong and Dammam in the future.

Himalaya Airlines has awarded the Leading New International Airlines - Vistors Choice Gold Award - South Asia.

Class of Travel
Himalaya Airlines provides two classes of travel;
Premium Economy Class - Himalaya Airlines offers comfortable seating with adjustable recliner seats equipped with in-seat power with a USB port.
Economy Class- Himalaya Airlines offers passengers with semi-recliner seats which allow for the relaxation onboard.

Baggage allowance
Ecnonomy class passengers are allowed 10kgs for carry-on and 30-35 kgs for checked-in luggage.
Premium Economy class passengers are allowed 10kgs for carry-on and 40 kgs for checked-in luggage.

In-flight Services
Himalaya Airlines has overhead 10.4' screens located strategically for best viewing. Non-stop entertainment consists of the latest blockbuster movies, music, TV shows and documentaries. All passengers are provided with Danfe which is the inflight magazine by Himalaya Airlines which features travel, lifestyle, the culture of all destinations that H9 covers.

Check-in
Himalaya Airlines does not provide an online check-in facility and guests are requested to refer the flight timetable for the check-in deadlines. The check-in deadline differs from one flight to the other.

Onboard Support
Himalaya Airlines provides assistance for passengers with special needs. Wheelchairs, airport assistance during check in are provided by on ground staff. Passengers can choose a service that best suits their need. Expectant mothers and parents of unaccompanied children are requested to read the airlines policy prior to boarding.

Refund & Cancellation
Passengers can cancel their booking ONLY through Himalaya Airlines sales’ offices. All cancellations are subject to a cancellation fee.
