About
S7 Airlines is the biggest domestic airline in Russia whose growth was due to the financial crisis in Russia after the collapse of the Soviet Union. The first airline to be merged with S7 and Vnukovo Airlines. S7 Siberia Airlines became the 2nd airline from Russia to be awarded the IOSA certificate for safety. S7 became members of the Oneworld alliance in 2010 and apart from operating domestic flights within Russia S7 has an extensive international network and connects destinations like Taiwan, South Korea and Japan, Dubai, Istanbul, France and Italy. The airline also connects to destinations in the Caucasus such as Armenia and Azerbaijan.
Alliance
Oneworld founded in February 1999 is the third largest alliance in terms of passengers. Oneworld has 13 full members who collectively carry over 527.9 million passengers per year.S7 Priority, the frequent flyer program allows members to access OneWorld network member airlines. Passengers can access privileges based on the status of the member airline's frequent flyer program. Oneworld has three premium status levels which are Ruby, Sapphire and Emerald.

Class of Travel
S7 Airline provides two classes of travel;
Business Class - S7 Airline provides passengers with seats which have are wider and have an adjustable footrest and headrest which adds to the comfort.
Economy Class - S7 Airline's economy class guests are provided with full-sized fleece blanket along with free inflight entertainment along with a range of newspapers.
Baggage Allowance
Buisness class passengers are allowed 15kg for carry-on and 1 or 2 pieces of 32 kgs each for checked-in luggage.
Economy class passengers are allowed 10kg for carry-on and 1 piece of 23 kgs for checked-in luggage.

Frequent Flyer Allowance
S7 Priority is the frequent flyer programme which allows earning miles based on the travel distance, fare and service class. Members can have joint bank cards with Tinkoff bank and S7 Airlines Joint Bank Card. S7 Priority miles can be earnt through online shopping, insurance purchases and at cafes and restaurants.
Check-in
Domestic Flights - Passengers can check-in 30 hrs to 1 hr prior to the scheduled departure time.
International Flights - Passengers can check-in 30 hrs 3 hrs prior to the scheduled departure time.
In-flight services
S7 Airline is providing customers with the test mode of the entertainment system which offers movies, TV shows and cartoon, music and books. There also an option to track the flight on a special map which allows for real-time tracking. The entertainment can be accessed through the S7 Airline app which needs to be downloaded prior to departure which gives guests access to the entertainment system, passengers can use their tablet, phone and laptops in order to access.
Onboard Support
S7 Airline provides assistance for passengers with special needs. Wheelchairs, airport assistance during check in are provided by on ground staff. Refund & Cancellation
Passengers can cancel their booking either through S7 Airline sales’ offices or website. All cancellations are subject to a cancellation fee.
